Tyler Mills’s book Tongue Lyre won the 2011 Crab Orchard Series in Poetry First Book Award and will be published by Southern Illinois University Press in January 2013. Her poems have appeared in AGNI, Antioch Review, Crab Orchard Review, Nashville Review, Prairie Schooner, TriQuarterly Online, and elsewhere. She is a graduate of the MFA program in Creative Writing at the University of Maryland. Tyler Mills lives in Chicago, where she is working on a PhD in the Program for Writers and teaching at the University of Illinois-Chicago.
